Question: I haven't worked out for 2 days, I feel like I'm losing muscles!.!?
I'm 140lb guy 5'11!.
I usually workout 45 minutes of weight lifting and 45 minutes of jogging everyday!. This kept me fit for months!. However, because of traveling!. I wasn't able to exercise for two days!. I feel like I'm losing muscle!.
I eat at least 2500 calories each day!. Why does it feel like I'm losing muscles!. It feels weaker and not harder!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you can lose muscle in two days as long as your eating enough!. I wouldn't worry about it since muscle has memory and you'll get it back quickly, While traveling there is a lot you can still do to keep from feeling that way!. Push ups etc!.!.!.old school! You might find it more challenging if your body is use to the gym equipment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
