How do I lose weight and still eat what I need to train?!

Question: How do I lose weight and still eat what I need to train!?
I am currently training for a fitness test at work (need to improve my score on a bleep test, so I'm doing fartlek training outdoors as well as cardio and weights at the gym)!. However, I'm currently overweight (BMI = 28, weight = 75!.5kg/166 pounds, height = 5' 5"/164!.5cm, I'm female) and want to lose some!. I'm worried that if I do a very very low calorie diet, I won't have the energy to keep running and may lose some of the lean muscle I've acquired!

What sort of foods can I eat that strike a balance between the two!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Good foods for training are slow-release energy foods, such as bananas (the fruit of choice for the runner!) or wholewheat products!. These food types are low in fats but relatively high in calories, which is fine if you are burning it off exercising!. In fact, that is just what you need!
The foods to avoid if you are serious about losing weight are obvious really - booze, fatty foods cooked with oils and butter etc, creamy sauces etc etc!.
Good luck with it xWww@Answer-Health@Com

Low calorie doesn't always mean low energy!. You can still eat a lot of great foods to help you out!. If you have a while between now and the time of your test, I'd suggest drinking a lot of water! I read this cool article about it the other day, check it out:
