Question: I am interested in adding a cheat meal or day to my diet!?
How exactly do they work!? I know that you can add a cheat day or cheat meal to your diet each week where you can eat anything that you want!. Does that include not counting calories!? Or are you supposed to still count calories!. For instance if I wanted a taco salad from taco bell would that be ok!? Yes, it is high in calories 840 and 45g of fat!. So, would this be ok!? Or does a cheat day or meal mean that you can have what you want but still must stick to your calories!? I'm not saying that I want binge for a day!. I am saying that I want to go out to eat at fast food LOL or even a nice yummy buffet!. ugh i'm so hungry lol :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, if you must do this, make it one meal, not one day! You can blow a whole week's worth of good work in a day of bad meals!. Eat what you love but don't overeat! That will be the key!. There's no sense in counting it--it will be way over your normal day, I would imagine!.

If you're so hungry now then maybe you're not eating the right things on your diet!. You shouldn't feel hungry and deprived!. Are you getting plenty of protein and fiber!? Those are the two things that provide the most satisfaction and "bulk" in the diet!. Be careful!Www@Answer-Health@Com
