Question: I need to get bigger!. I don't knowing anything about getting bigger !?
I am new to this whole "working out" thing!. I bought some whey protein from wall-mart, it has like 52 grams of protein and it tastes pretty good!. I am about 5!.11 or so, and i weigh about 145 and i have exactly 12 inch arms, which i am very embarrased about!. i notieced all the guys at my school are like freaking huge and they work out!. i am not lazy i played football, baseball and love doing outdoorsy things!. I tried working out before its just that i get bored and sometimes discouraged quickly!. Ill work out for about 2 weeks and get bored of it!. Whats a good work out plan for someone as skinny as i am!. I would also like to increase the definition of my abs, so can i run long distances one day, and then do heavy lifting the next!? will i start looking more buff everywhere if i did that!? ALSO keep in mind that i have school and work, so i cant go to the gym 3 times a day!. Is there a workout plan that will only take about an hour or so!. AnWww@Answer-Health@Com

Consume the protein shake 20 min after you end your work out!. Remember you don't have to be like everyone else!. You are comparing yourself to guys that don't have the same metabolism as you!. Be thankful for the body that you have!. There is so much pressure to be perfect in this society!. Just relax and let nature take its coarse!. Try swimming!. Swimming works every part of the body!. Getting to the point of running long distances takes work and dedication!. You have to work hard for a long time to get to where you want to be!. You sound like a winner to me!. Job and school!. You have a lot going for you!. Girls are interested in guys that have brains and money!. Use your head!. I wouldn't work out for more than three times a week!. Your muscles grow when you rest!. Also a workout shouldn't last for more than an hour because anything over that and you will start to catobolize!. Obviously it isn't exactly an hour and it is a little different for everyone, some more some less!. Eat like a horse but healthy, at least 40 grams of protein per serving every 3 hours!. It will suck, your body will probably not absorb too much more than that in one serving!. You really want to push yourself a little harder each week with either more weight or more reps because your muscles respond to the stress!. If you lift the same every week your body knows it doesn't need to grow muscle because it already has enough to do the task!. the program i used is at musclegaintruth!.com i bought it!. I was 5'9" 135lbs which is skinny!. now i am 185 you aren't going to get these results over night it took two years but when your at 165 or 155 you will already look and feel better!.
