someone asked what a kcal is and someone answered this!.!.
Kcal = Calorie
it's just like the unit you see on a food lable!.
calorie = the energy required to increase ONE GRAM of water one degree Celsius!.
Calorie = energy required to raise ONE KILOGRAM of water one degree Celsius!.
i dont understand what it means now because of the end of it, can someone please explain

you got it right technically it's measured in Kcals ur body needs 2000kcals avg diet but we just say calories consider it the same thing a kcal is 1000cals our body really needs 2,000,000cals a day or 2000kcals if u wanna be technical but food i smeasured by the kcal so yea 100kcal=100cal foodwiseWww@Answer-Health@Com
