yes green tea does but cant add stuff to it, also u need to have a plan with it like exercise

Truth is all relative, however, with that being said their are many studies that SUGGEST that green tea MAY aid in fat loss, but not if you eat pizza, doughnuts, gallons of ice cream, & a bucket of fried chicken a day, & sit around watching American Idol reruns all day long & nothing else!.

However, if you incorporate green tea with a balanced, reduced calorie diet, aerobic exercise, & a general weightlifting plan, green tea MAY help incorporate a thermogenic response to your daily routine!. Meaning increased heart rate, which increases body tempauture, which in turn uses fat as an energy source!.
