1) Does all natural peanut butter contain healthy fats!?
2) And would healthy fats slow down protein absorption!?
3) Also, am I getting enough healthy fats from the following!?:
-2 slices of avocado
-Handful of nuts and seeds
-Omega-3 soft chew from GNC (120 mg omega-3)
-Ensure drink (120 mg omega-3)
-3 Tablespoons of all natural organic peanut butter

1!. Yes it does, good choice
2!. Yes they do that's why you want to avoid fats post workout!. You want your body to absorb the protein as fast as possible!. Other than that though it doesn't make a huge deal!. Night is a good time for protein+ fat meals because you want your body to absorb it slowly through the night!.
3!. yes that looks pretty good!. Flaxseed oil is another good choice!.
One thing though!. Ensure has soy protein in it a believe and that really isn't the best choice for someone lifting weights!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

looks good man u getting those omega 3's and hm the nuts and the peanut butter that's like 40g right there if u have a full serving of nuts anyhow idk what ur aiming for maybe limit it a bit get rid of the nuts but im unsure how much fat ur looking for in a day i aim for 40g total that's where it's up to u

1!. yes it's nuts have very important minerals in it and vitimins not natural peanut butter is crap the oil in it just crap natural go all natural organic isnt necessary but that's choice!.!.btw what kind did u end up getting

YES IT SEEMS FINE DO ME DUDE IM A BODYBUILDER AND I HAVE THEM SAME HEALTHY FATS YOUR EATING!. BUT TRY TO CUT PEANUT BUTTER BECAUSE IT DOES CONTAIN ALOT OF FAT!. KEEP IT UPWww@Answer-Health@Com
