Egg white and Egg yolk?!
Question: Egg white and Egg yolk!?
I came across a diet plan and it says to eat scrambled egg whites (with other things)!. I don't really like eggs in general, perhaps only on the odd occasion but to eat egg whites only, that is just too terrible!. I can still deal with egg yolk!.
My question is: I want to know what only egg white consists of and what only egg yolk consists of so that I can find a substitute for this egg white!.

although both have sulfer components which is probably the taste and smell that you find unappealing, the egg white is primarily protein!. the whites contain no fat or cholesterol, whereas the yolk is pretty much all fat and cholesterol, in fact you aren't supposed to eat more than two egg yolks a week!.
the white are very healthy for you and can definitely aide in a diet!.

Egg white is the protein yolk is the fat!. You will find it is gross eating it by itself, but im sure if you just try it you will get use to it!. I say keep the egg and add it to your meals such as oatmeal!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Egg white is higher in protein then egg yolk!. Egg yolk is still very nutritious but has a higher fat content then egg whites but the fat is unsaturated so don't feel too bad if you like egg yolk like me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
