Question: How can i lose some weight/feel more confident!?
Im 5ft 3in and I weigh about 180lbs!. I used to exercise 5-7days a week for 3-4hrs a day so I still have a lot of muscle which is why my weight is high!. Ive recently lost some muscle and gained some weight!. I don't have the time to exercise nearly as much as I used to but I'd still like to get my flat tummy back and lost some fat on my arms and legs!.
What would be a good 30min-1hr workout to shed as much fat as I can!?
And what would be a healthy eating plan to effectively lose the weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

In a matter of about 5/6 months, I lost 18 pounds!.
I have a mini trampoline which I jog on 20 minutes then went speed walking for 40 minutes, either that or another 20 minutes on trampoline!.
I ate breakfast, cereal or something!.
For lunch I had two pieces of fruit and for snacks either wheaten bread or fruit and for dinner I had basically and meal and at night another piece of fruit or perhaps a yoguort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know it might sound girly but I got myself a mini trampoline that came with a training dvd!. It also has resistance strings for your arms!. I've always been athletic but I was worn out after ten minutes!. And I could feel the burn!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
