make sure you eat healthy, eat less carbs and more veggies and fruits, and MOST IMPORTANTLY run long distances every other day!.
start out runnign 2 miles, and work up to a 5K (3!.1 miles)!. concentrate on good form, proper, deep breathing, and being DEAD by the end of the race- but NOT stopping during the race at ALL!.
drink water and gatorade only- NO sodas or juice or coffee!. dont eat after 7!. don't eat unhealthy foods!.
remember- if you eat healthy and exercise, you can lose a lot of weight in the LONG run, and its actually GOOD FOR YOU!.
losing weight in the short term is stupid- but if you do what I said here, you will lose short term AND long term weight!. you just have to not be lazy and get off your butt and do something!.
