Is it realistic to loose weight by this time?!

Question: Is it realistic to loose weight by this time!?
Ok, the stats:
-20 y!.o Hispanic Female
-Been on a diet for about a month and lost 15 pounds!.
-My diet is 1,100 calories a day!.
-I drink 3-6 bottles of water a day!.
-Cardio 4-6 times a week!. (including weight training, but not much)
-I take one multivitamin/multimineral, an omega 3, 1 green tea extract, and I drink 1-2 servings of psyllium husk a day!.

My question:

Is it a realistic goal for me to loose 60 more pounds by January/February of 09!? I think I can!. Some of my friends say "I lost 50 pounds and that took me 6 months" but she isn't doing the same things as me!. I feel like I can but I was just wondering if:

A) this is a "realistic" goal!?
B) Am I doing well, with what I am doing!? Calorie/food/excersize wise!?

Thanks guys! Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey there,
to me personally, i think that your goal is pushing the limits a little!. Your body Will go through stages where you will no lose 15 pounds in one month!.!. and vis versa!. I would say you are definetely pushing the limits but, pending on yuor weight at start and right now, I can see this goal being reached in mid february, maybe early!. If you stay very commitied!. No free weeks or anything!.!. But otherwise, your calorie, food and excercise look great!. keep on the good work and dedication!.!
And congrats on your first 15 pds!.!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you lost 15lbs in a month which is great!. However once you lose x amount of pounds it will be harder to keep at it!. I think 40lbs would be a great "realistic" goal, but shoot for 60lbs!. If you dont make 60lbs then at least you met your 40lb goal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

WELL IT WILL BE BETTER IF YOU PUT TO LOOSE LIKE 10 POUNDS A MONTH OR MORE BUT NOT 50 IN 2 MONTHS ITS TO MUCH!. PLUS IF YOU LOOSE TO MUCH TO SOON YOULL HAVE SAGGY SKIN BECAUSE YOUR NOT GIVING YOUR SKIN TIME TO HEAL AND TIGHTEN!. NUT ITS JUST MY OPINIONWww@Answer-Health@Com

1100 calories a day is not healthy!. When you stop dieting, you'll gain that back and more!.

Think in terms of making permanent changes to your life, not "dieting"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think if your dedicated enough you can do it! Personally i would throw in more weight training into your schedule!. More muscle=less fat because muscle is a fat burning furnace! Good luck! Www@Answer-Health@Com
