Question: Advice on weight loss please!?
Well I'm fourteen and average weight but i want to lose some weight first so I can gain muscle!. I've been on a diet for about a week but I don't know if I'm eating enough!. I cut out fatty foods but now I don't think I'm getting a proper balance of everything!.
Could you say the actual foods I should eat for one day!?
It would really help!.

Stop eating like a fat ****!. No beans, no eggs!.
Just get a knife, preferably butcher, and skim off your excess fat!. This done, least you know, you die a normal person momentarily after!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You basically need foods high in protein (Egg whites is an excellent source, so is meat)!. Protein is very important for building muscle!. You can always look on the food labels and it can tell you how much protein each serving size has!.

Breakfast-egg whites, wheat toast (1 slice)
Lunch-green salad, skinless chicken
Dinner--green vegetables, skinless chicken
Snacks-apple or pear (twice a day)
