AND LOWER YOUR CALORIES!.!.REMEMBER YOU GOTTA BURN MORE THAN WHAT YOU EAT!.THATS WHY YOU HAVE TO CONSUME ALOT OF PROTEIN SO YOUR MUSCLES CAN KEEP GROWING!. BUT YOULL LOOSE A LITTLE
