I need tips on loosing weight..?!


Question: I need tips on loosing weight!.!.!?
I'm 15 about 5'6" 5'7" , female and 160 lbs, I want to loose at least 10 lbs so i'm not overweight my problem is that I all ready lost 20 lbs i'm eating healthy and exercising I'm just not losing anymore i have no idea what to do!.
Also i can't join any programs that cost money cause i don't really have that moneyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you have plateaued!. It happened to me about two weeks ago!. I stopped my normal exercise routine, and looked for inventive ways to get off my butt and move! Switch up your exercise routine, instead of walking 2 hours a day, I went to the park with two little kids and chased them around, and lifted them and carried them!. Walk your dog, or cat, or hamster!. Try filling big things from water or soda with water or ice (it's heavier) and use those as weights, when you watch TV jog around the house during commercial breaks!. Take up a new hobby or start volunteering somewhere!.

as long as you're healthy!.
try jogging around your street every morning!.
just a block or even just down and back to start, and when you get more stamina, go to two blocks, or three!.
just try and get out there and jog every morning!.

YOU JUST NEED TO CONTINUE DOING EXACTLY WHAT YOUR ALREADY DOING (EATING HEALTHY), EXCEPT UPPP THE WORKOUT SLIGHTLY!. you have hit a plateau, take a break (about a week) from the dieting!.!.!.make sure you dont gain any weight back though, then go back on it and you will start to loose weight againWww@Answer-Health@Com
