I always flush and/or turn on the water if I am in a stall w/ it's own sink
NEVER EVER do I just fart real loud or poo w/out flushing it is just rude to the rest of the public
I know we all have to do it but we don't have to share so much of it w/ the innocent

It could have possibly been an accident!.
but it's nicer to do it in the bathroom!.
