Answers:
Your body goes into starvation mode if you don't eat for a long period of time!. That is why they say that breakfast is actually good to eat every day, especially if you want to lose weight!. It jump starts your metabolism after a night of starvation!. You need to eat at least 1200 calories a day so that your body doesn't start slowing down your metabolism in order to conserve energy!. If you are hungry, it means you need to eat!. The opposite is true!. If you don't eat enough you actually WON"T lose weight and definitely not fat!. Your body goes into safe mode, so to speak, using protein from your muscles, calcium from your bones, and holds on to the fat as a precaution against starvation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you 'starve' your body, it'll grab hold of its fat supplies (and your muscles will be starved)!. Depriving your body is unhealthy!. Look at your body like a car, if you don't keep fuel in it, it wont go!
If you wish to change eating habits in a bid to lose weight, I suggest you have several small 'snacks' throughout the day instead of 3meals!. Choose healthy options like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, low fat dairy, grains (low sugar cereals, brown rice instead of white, wholemeal pasta, etc)!. Ensure you drink plenty of water!. Limit cordials, soft drinks, etc!. Incorporate some exercise (eg 30min cardio 3-4days/week)!. This will help you lose weight and become healthier!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Being hungry means your body needs energy which means your working it which is a good sign!. I wouldn't go to bed hungry , its not good for you!. Eat a light snack, not too much casue your body doesnt burn as many calories when you sleep!. Like half of a pb and j, or some toast or something like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you will!. When you are hungry, your body needs food for energy!. When you don't eat, it will draw on the excess fast stored on your body to be burned as fuel for energy!.!. So when you go to bed hungry, you will lose weight too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was told you should always keep your tank 1/4-3/4 full!. If you go hungry you are more apt to eat way more than you should next time you eat!. Also if your body goes into total hungry mode it stores all your fat that you eat in the near future!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's not that cut and dry but basic rule of thumb is if you spend more time hungry than full you will lose weight!.
going to bed hungry is good too, because going to bed full interrupts your sleeping patterns and will cause you to wake up bloated Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, because the next time you eat your body will take in twice the fat because if you starve yourself your body will take advantage of anything it gets!. Eating healthy portions is the best way, oh and of course excersizing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It takes 3,500 calories to gain a pound!.
The same amount you have to burn in
order to lose a pound!.

Don't not eat! Choose foods with a
low fat calorie count, such as fruits
and vegetables!. Exercise in moderation!.

Take Care and hope I helped (:Www@Answer-Health@Com

for a while you will
untill you start to eat again
then all the weight you lost will come back!.
because you were losing the nutrients or proten you didnt have
when you wernt eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

starving yourself is not good because you are only loosing water weight and it will come right back on as soon as you start eating again!. its really unhealthy!. the best way to loose weight is to exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nope!. Hunger isn't your body losing weight!.

It's about energy input vs energy output!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No you will just be starving yourself, try exercisingWww@Answer-Health@Com
