im gonna tell u this: ur 12 and abs really don't matter at ur age!. in fact most 12 year old girls find guys with abs and muscles overpowering, its when they get into high school that they begin to find that stuff attractive!. GO JOIN A SPORT!. get into a team or something, its best for u to do that now, im 17 and in college so opportunities like that don't exist as much anymore if im not on the college team (which you'd usually have to be on the high school team to be on!. oh and in the mean time, you don't need a strict diet plan, you just need to eat healthier, drink lots of water, trust me, wenever u get that craving for a soda, i good swig of water will lower ur thirst and the soda will be become less attractive!. eat lots of apples and stuff when u get hungry!. YOU NEED to lose the weight b4 high school, because if u think u have it bad now, when u get in high school, thats where ur life as an over weight person can be a little bad, and ur self esteem will be much worse!. so just follow my advice, eat healthier and join a team, football preferrablyWww@Answer-Health@Com

hehe, it's impossible to loose weight while still eating bad food, even if you're eating only a little and excercising a lot!. don't hurt your body like that!. eat pure foods, like fruits and vegetables, whole grains (they help to quicken your metabolism), don't eat out (really try to never eat fast food), don't eat the skin on chicken, nothing fried, try to avoid dairy fats (i lost ten pounds in three weeks from taking butter and ice cream out of my diet), drink lots of water, take vitamins, eat green things; eventually you'll really start to like the taste of all this stuff if you don't right now!. get at least 20 minutes of cardio excercise 3 times a week!. If you want to lose weight without cutting the junk food, the you'll have to do twice the exercise other people do!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
