Ways to help a 14-Year Old guy lose weight? =/?!

Question: Ways to help a 14-Year Old guy lose weight!? =/!?
I believe I'm around 5"9 and I'm not exactly sure my weight!.!. Probably 200+ pounds!. (Probably a bit more since last I was weighed was like 2 years ago!.!.)

:( I guess on the BMI thing that makes me!.!.!. Obese!. T_T This summer I really wanted to lose lots of weight but!.!. Yeah I didn't really try!. I just neglect it 'till the next day and never start anything!. Anyway I wanted some tips on what to do!? Like what kinds of foods to eat and such, and exercises to do!. I need an EXACT list of what to do!. If someone tells me exactly how to do something, I'd probably be able to do it if I set my mind to it!. I'm starting high school and well!.!.!. Girls don't really wanna be with the fat kid!.!.!. Of course it wouldn't matter anyway, since I'm to shy to talk to them!. But it's not just about the girls, I know I need to get in shape, seeing as this is unhealthy!. I don't want to get made fun of in gym or something either!. So PLEASE any help is GREATLY appreciated!. I'm just to addicted to things!.!. I get home, and all I do is play video games or go on the computer!. Anything you can say will help me greatly!. Like a day-to-day schedule of what to do or anything, I'd probably be good with that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, try to put yourself on a rewards system!. Come home from school, jog around the block, and then play as many minutes of video games as you spend running!. The more you want to play!.!.!. the more you'll have to run!.
The quickest way to lose fat is to do cardio - sprinting, jogging, and jump rope are some of my favorites!. Also mix cardio with eating much healthier foods!. Fresh fruits and vegetables!. Less red meats, more lean meats like chicken and fish!. Whole grains instead of processed foods like white bread or white rice!. If you need something to dip your veggies in, try a low fat dressing instead of the full flavored ranch or honey mustard!.!.!. small changes are a great way to get yourself on track rather than making huge changes all at once!.
Once you've started making jogging or running a part of your daily routine, you can start lifting some weights!. Be careful!.!.!. if you aren't sure of how to do something, ask, because it is better to feel embarassed because you have to ask than to hurt yourself!. Building muscle will make your metabolism speed up, which means you will need to eat more!. Once again, lean meats, fresh veggies, whole grains!.
Here is what I would recommend:
Start off with 3 days/week, jogging or jump roping for 20 minutes!. If you need to stop and take a break, make sure you stay active while you catch your breath!. Really focus on eating better, and also eating less!. Do this routine for about 2 weeks, to get yourself used to exercising!. After 2 weeks, kick it up to 4 days a week of cardio, but add in 10 or 15 push ups/day, and 100 sit ups/day!. It doesn't seem like much, but you will slowly start to build a little bit of muscle!. Do this for another 2 weeks!. After that, try doing a little bit more cardio, like 30 minutes!. This is all to help you lose fat!.
If you ever feel like this is too easy, add intensity to your cardio!. Run harder, sprint for a few seconds, etc!. Or add a few minutes of more time to your cardio!. If the push ups or sit ups get too easy, add more!. The point of this regimen is to get your body used to exercise, and to train yourself to eat better!. Once you start losing weight, I recommend starting to lift weights!. It is extremely difficult to explain how to lift correctly here!.!.!. so if you don't already know how, I would highly recommend joining a gym and hiring a personal trainer to teach you the ropes!.
Remember to take it slow, don't throw yourself into an extremely difficult regimen, because you are more likely to fail!. Work slowly and be determined to reach your goal!. Remember that these are lifestyle changes, you can't lose the weight and go back to the way you are now!. You've got to be invested in being healthy forever! Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
