What is eating healthy?!


Question: What is eating healthy!?
What are healthy foods!? Everyone always says to but what kind of foods and how much of!? when should i eat in a day!? What about healthy drinks!? I just dont see whats "healthy" nowadays!.

Healthy foods are foods that are high in nutrients and low in calories!.

Health = Nutrients / Calories

what that basically means is you want to eat protein, you want to eat carbs, and you want to eat fats!.!.!. your body needs those (it is also where calories comes from), you want to make sure they are high in Nutrients!. Hence meat is so low!.

basically it shows the order for what has the most nutrients!. You want to try to eat foods higher on the list, and avoid things lower on the list!.

As far as how much!? you eat until your are full!. The body has this amazing reaction that when it is full, you really dont want to eat!. So you eat until you are full!.

When!? as many times as you are hungry!. Hunger is your bodies way of saying it need more!.

Healthy drinks, you can start off by removing any soda!. Best drinks are going to be water and like maybe v8 juice!. Best is home made juice, but not everyone can do that!. The problem with a lot of juice is that it has sugar in it, and that isn't good!.

Also, another way you can look at it, is think this way!. We eat X amount of calories (it should be 10x your body weight)!. If you read the label of something, look at how many calories are from fat!. Even though like milk says it is 2% fat, it is 32% fat by calories!. So when you consume milk, that part of yoru calorie intake is going up by 32% of the fat!. Which really isn't good!.

healthy is not a food group, you can't simply label any food as healthy!. Healthy is a balance between different food groups which offer different nutrients and keep your body working!. Things such as chocolate would not be considered healthy, however in small amounts they offer no threat!. As for when, I'm not sure exactly, however i believe the idea is to have 3 main meals with small snacks in between!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
