hey I'm not fat, im skinny but i got a little extra in my butt and thighs!. what workouts/strategies can i do to get rid of them!. i know i gotta work my butt off and im willing to do any of the exercisesWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can't target fat, but you can tone those areas up so they'll appear better!.

Squatting - hold your straight arms forward, and squat all the way down and get back up, as many times as you can!. Don't go too fast, go at a moderate pace!. These are pretty hard to do!.
