Question: Tredmill information!?
i use the tredmill alot at the gym,and a friend told me walk at 3mph but an incline of 7!.0 what will this do for me!? and is it like the higher the incline higher fat burning!? also does the air walker help flatten tummy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

everyone thinks that the faster you go the more you burn!.
but walking superfast almost like a jog or running will only burn carbs
if you want to lose weight then you need to burn fat and walking is the way to that, so walk walk walk as much as you can, and the incline will give you great legs!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its always a good idea to challenge yourself because our bodies adapt to any form of exercise!. walking on an incline is one good way, increasing the speed and trying intervals is another option!.
Instead of walking on incline the entire session, try walking for example at 3!.5 or higher for a couple minutes and return to 3!.0 for a couple!. You can also do intervals with adjusting the incline!.
Its a great way to condition your body and strengthen not only your heart but your entire body!. And a great way to maximize fat loss!.

It's all to do with heart rate!. If you want to burn fat you need to work at 55-65% of your max rate!. That is 220 minus your age!. You'll probably feel better about doing it if you do low impact, such as walking, rowing, cycling etc!. Sit ups will help to flatten your tummy, but also watch what you eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
All using the incline does is give you hell as sore calve muscles!.
