If you must binge, binge on veggies!. You put too much sugar in your system binging on fruit!.

Fruits are necessary for your diet because of vitamins and nutrients!. However, like anything else, too much of something isn't good!. Most fruits have calories and carbs like many other foods so I wouldn't recommend binging on fruits!.

Fruit should be limited to no more than 15% of daily intake!. The other 85% should be raw vegetables and other healthy dishes!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can eat apple, pears , grapes , peaches etc but dont go crazy on them they still have sugars and calorries =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would not binge because too much of a good thing can and will be bad, but I would say 2-4 fruits depending on the size would be good :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok yes and no!. one they are loaded with sugar but they also are very good for you and have lots of water so just the binge word makes nothing healthy you knowWww@Answer-Health@Com
