Hi everyone i need some help
Okay i am 5'8''
185 pounds
i have tried to lose weight by exercising and eating right but it never works!.
If you have any plans that you know that have worked that would help a lot, and just so you know i do not drink regular soda, i do drink a lot of water no sugary drinks and almost never have any junk food!. I also try to workout 2 days a week!.
Oh and please don't tell me to just stop eating someone told me that before, and also please don't say that what i am doing is fine and i should love my body because right now i would be classified as obsese and i need to change that for my health

Increase your exercise and decrease your carbs and snacks!.!.!.!.!.Try everyday exercise for minmum 1 hour; you can split it up if you like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You may need to check out this site or something similar, You can pretty much type in any subject of just about anything and you will find a "How To" on You tube!. Also make sure you are eating right, You say you are cutting out all of the sugar, but you also should cut out any food that is white, such as Sugar,salt,flour,rice,pasta,dairy,potato!.!.!. and anything with these ingredients in it, until you reach your goal!. I would 100% recommend that you go to the bookstore and get Body for life!. It is the so called Bible for fitness!. Also watch out for portion distortion, What I mean by that is that each portion of your food should be the size of your palm or the size of a clinched fist!. You need to make sure you are getting 5 or 6 meals in a day, approximately 3 hours apart from each other!.I know,I know your thinking 5 or 6 meals, but wait, only 2 or 3 can be good clean food and the rest can be meal replacement shakes!. It will keep your metabolism up and you will lose weight and when you incorporate fitness , you will literally start seeing the pounds melt away, And I mean it really seems like it melts away!.
Drink at least a half gallon to 1 gallon of water a day as well, And yes you may count the water you use to make your meal replacement shakes!. You will be snacking on good food all day and you will never be hungry and your energy will really surprise you!. Also you need to get lots of rest!. But I would get educated first(Body for life) and slowly motivate yourself, get all your supplements and food ready and pick a day and just do it girl!
Remember to google any question you have and you can surf your way to all the answers you need!. But Youtube has videos, so it helps a bit more!.

definately not smart to strave yourself that will do absolutely nothing it will just slow your metabolism down!. and instead of working out 2 days a week!. try working out every other day and on those days where your not getting physical exercise go for a walk for a half hour or something!. always eat breakfast!. having oatmeal is good with yougourt or fruit!. and then have a good sized lunch and dont eat as much for dinner!. dont eat after 8 and cut out uncesserary fats like ice creams!. or candies!. or sweets or chocolate!. its okay to treat youserlf evey once and a while!. but its better if you find alternatives for when you hungry betweeen breakfast lunch and dinner!.!. try fruits and vegetables
