Do pushups and situps, you wouldn't believe how far those will take you!. You have to do them daily though!.There are many different variations you can do with pushups and situps style workouts and they don't take long!. The best way to find the different ways you can do these is browse on youtube on ways you can do them!. You honestly don't need weights to stay in shape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
