Answers:
a common myth, fat does not turn into muscle, they are different tissues!. the most important thing I can tell you about fat/muscle is this!. the more muscle you have in your body the more fat that you can burn!. you will shrink the fat tissue in your body as you burn calories by excercising, the more that you sweat the more you are shrinking the fat cells stored in your body!. when lifting heavy weights at lower reps, you will build muscle!. dont pay alot of attention to the scale, because your weight will go up when you start building muscle, as it ways more than fat!. get a bmi, which is body mass index test!. a trainer at your local health club, college gym, will show you to get this test, that is a more accurate description of how fit you are, not the scale!. increase your protein, shakes, chicken, turkey, egg whites!. etc!.!. lower your simple carbs, pasta & rice- the white varieties, bread, sugars, ( they all turn to stored fat)!. increase your water and green tea (helps in weight loss) start burning more calories than you consume daily, and the weight will come off!. drink a protein shake (within 45 minutes of workout) up to 35 grams, the human body cannot process more than that at one time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay!. Muscle and fat are 2 entirely different kinds of tissue!. One can not become the other!.

When you exercise you increase your muscle density and decrease your body fat!. At least it should but doesn't always happen!. If done right you can swap body fat weight for muscle mass!.

If you don't exercise your muscle atrophy (waste away)!. You increase your body fat!. So your weight will increase while your muscle mass goes down and body fat goes up!.

Muscle mass will affect the number most because it is more dense and therefore weighs more than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, your fat wont turn into the muscle, but u'll lose the fat and gain muscle so it might seem like it turns into it but it doesnt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
