Why issit so hard to gain weight but so easy to loose weight??!


Question: Why issit so hard to gain weight but so easy to loose weight!?!?
Why do i loose weight so easily but hard to gain weight!?!? im a guy but weight below 50kg

I mean !.!. sometimes i gain 1-2kg but overnight i would loose 1-2kg so basicly my weight stay static betwee 45-50 kg !.!. never more never less!.!.

I loose weight even tough im not trying !!!

I admit i dont eat alot!.!. but i do eat my breakfast,lunch,dinner and junk foods!.!.!.
Every meal!.!. i got to have MEAT !.!.!. i cant eat without meat!.!.!.

1st hand 1st my man!.!. il say, your damn lucky to have that kind of metabolism!. !. everyone in this world is having a hard time losing weight, while you are worried losing weight rapidly!.

well, my friend, its in your metabolism!. meaning it depends on how your body absorb and use those foods you ate, it also depends in your activities every day!. meat has nothing to do with you losing weight, since meat is a protein, you have to accompany that with exercise or you go to weights that will help build up muscles and that will give you an increase in weight!. and btw, if your 45-50kg, i presume your short!. to be healthy and not underweight you should be standing ranging from 5feet to 5'4 feet!. If you're trying to gain weight, you have to eat foods that are high in calories!. It takes 3500 calories more than you burn to gain one pound!. It doesn't have to be 3500 in a day, just over the course of time!. I don't know if you mind putting on some fat weight, but eating right before bed will allow the food to just sit there and not burn, thus staying on you!. I'm trying to lose weight, so I avoid carbs and sugars, maybe if you eat more of those it will have the opposite effect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start going to the gym and lifting regularly!.

I couldn't get past 150lbs, at 5'11" tall!.

Went to the gym, month or two go by, and I'm at 160-165lbs!.

Stopped going for two weeks!. TWO WEEKS and I go back down to 150lbs!.
