How to gain some weight?!


Question: How to gain some weight!?
I'm 13 years old about 5' feet tall and would like to get bigger/heavier without stunting my growth or getting fat!? Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Simple!. Eat more calories than you burn each day!.

Then you can start eating more calories than that number!. Try to eat the calories in healthy things though, so you will gain muscle and not fat!.
