will this help me loose weight I'm 5'1 and weigh 112 Ibs

Breakfast - anything !. Eggs toast spaghetti cereal Anyfthink like that!.
a glass of water every hour
lunch - a piecee of fruit /yogurtt
dinner - anytink
Nosnackss at all - ifI'mm hungry have a drink ofjuicee or water
also every hour / 2 hours 10Min'ss of cardio work out !?
plus dance 1 hr every day !?!?
I reallyy want ot lose my belly fat and lovehandless :)
