Well, it all depends!. For example, if you ran a mile, jogged a mile, and walked a mile, the running would do the best for you, because it is taking the most physical effort!. But if you were to run a mile and walk, say, a mile and a half or two miles, that would be the same thing as running a mile!. So, it really depends how far you go with each thing!.
