I won't be biased about this since I myself am not chinese!. Vegetables is indeed healthy to eat everyday since it's very nutritious!. The fried rice isn't healthy though!. The brown rice itself is healthy, but once you fry it and use oil then it's not anymore!. Too much oil isn't good for the body!. Go for steamed or cook rice instead and continue eating veggies!. No, it's not healthy to eat fried rice every day, even if it is brown!. Are you sure it's brown rice, or is it just brown because of the sauce!?

i wouldnt say everyday!.once a month maybe!.white rice is healthy with vegetables!.but when you think about the name of fried rice fried usually means its not healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
