Question: Should I skip a day or go every day!?
I've already worked out 3 or 4 times this week!. I've really increased the intensity of my workouts and am very busy w/school!. I was wondering if it was o!.k!. to skip a day or two in between workouts!. I'm just getting worn out!. I'm still getting in about 3 or 4 good workouts a week on average!.!.!.I just spread them out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you should be able to skip a day in between workouts!. It sounds like you are already working hard with what your doing at the minute!.
It is recommended that we work out 3-4 times a week anyway, so its fine to take a break inbetween!. I know its important that we push ourselves but its also important not to over do it and take a break now and then!.

Hi!. My son is a trainer, and he says it's actually better to skip a day in between working out!. If you wanted to go everyday, just work a different part of your body then you worked on the day before!. As long as your just working out to keep in shape, 3 to 4 times a week is great!.
