If I converted that right, that would mean she is 5 feet 5 inches and almost 200 pounds, right!?!?!?
That does seem a little extreme; But it also seems like 5'5" is tall for a twelve-year-old!. I'm of fairly normal height for a female, and I'm 5'4!. I think when I was twelve that I was probably a little under 5 feet tall!.
Maybe she has a metalobic issue!. Maybe she needs to be screened for diabetes or have her thyroid level checked!.
What I would do in your situation would be to take her to her doctor and let him or her bring discuss it with your daughter!. Its a delicate issue!. Telling a pre-teen that she is fat could lead to scary mental-health and body-image issues!. Being overwieght is obviously bad for a number of reasons!. Diabetes is scary!. Cardiovasular risk increases signifcantly for the overwieght!. Then there are the social problems she could face!. I know it sounds shallow!.!.!.but then, I wouldn't want my daughter being the one none of the boys ask to the prom!.

Is the rest of your family overwieght!? It could be the way food is addressed in your household!. If the whole family eats unhealthy foods in portions that are too large, it would definitely affect your daughter!. Also, if the attitude toward food isn't quite right it could cause challenges for her too!. Never use food as a reward!.
My former step-daughter got a little hefty last summer!. I brought this up to my nutrition instructor at school!. This was what she told me:

1!. The whole family needs to eat in a nutritious way!. Don't drink soda and eat burgers and expect her to eat salads and drink water!. Make one meal for the family!. That's what everyone eats!.

2!. As far as food-psychology is concerned, the experts advise this: Your child is allowed to have as much of whatever you offer as he or she wants to eat!. That means that if its in the cupboard, your kid should technically be allowed to scarf a whole bag of oreos!. So!.!.!.Don't keep junk-food in the house! Its not good to keep ANY foods off-limits!. So the idea behind sugar-snacks like ice-cream, cookies and candy is to make it an occasional treat!. So, if you decide you want cookies, that means you have to want them badly enough to go to the store!. Get a small pack so there's enough for one or two servings per person!.

3!. Don't bring wieght up!. If there are obvious dietary changes around the home, and your kid asks about it, make it about health and nutrition!. Tell her you were concerened no one was getting enough vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber, etc!.

4!. Kick her outside!. Tell her you think her tv/computer/video games are messing with her potential!. You want her to breathe fresh air and earn to enjoy the outdoors and how to play sports and be part of a team!. Go on walks with her!. Take bike rides!. Go for hikes, play soccer, swim!.!.!.make it about fun!. If you discuss excersise, again, make it about health and not weight!.

If you do some of these positive changes, you'll probably see a difference!. Once a person's system is cleansed of junk-food, they stop craving it and a nectarine sounds as good as a twinkie!. But, please don't tell your daughter she needs to lose weight!. Having a fat daughter would be better than having one who is insecure, self-consious, or worse: anorexic or bulemic!. If none of your efforts make a change, there may be underlying medical or mental things going on!. She may be comforting herself with food if she feels like she can't manage stress!. She may feel like (as most kids do) she has little control over her life!.!.!.but she can control what she eats!. She may be bored and need some mental stimulation!. It may just be a bad habit that needs help!. It may be that her thyroid is out of whack!.

Tell her you think she is beautiful!. Tell her she is smart and cool and unique and has gorgeous eyes or pretty hair!. She will likely say, "But I'm getting so fat!." That's a good door-opener!.!.!.You can then, without her thinking you've been aware of her weight, ask what she would like to try to do about it!. You could help her by mentioning that you could stand to eat a little healthier or excersise more, too and that you could help each other!. You could also tell her (if it seems like sugar is a main culprit in her wieght problem) that you don't want her to go through the hell of root-canals and tooth extractions!.
Just one little thing that helped the little girl I was talking about was to keep calorie-rich drinks out of the house!. No juice, soda, or whole milk!. Get crystal light, sugar-free kool-aid or the occasional diet soda!. Let her have 1 percent milk (her nutrition is critical in the pre to early puberty phase!.!.!.her intake of minerals like iron and calcium and vitamins like D, K and A are essential right now!.!.!.and much, much more important than her build!.)
Good luck!.!.!.I know from experience it can be stressful when a sweet little angel in your house starts to put on pounds, and the last thing you want for them is to be unhealthy or to be the fat kid in class!.

Alright, so the American equivalent of that is about 5'4" and 200 pounds!. Chances are at that stature, your daughter is fully aware of the fact that she needs to lose weight!.

Changes need to start with you and her together!. Make it a family effort to eat healthy meals every night (as a family so you can ration it)!. Have her help cook them!. If the child cooks the meal themselves, they are much more likely to eat it!. Try to incorporate as many fruits and vegetables as you can, lean protein like chicken and turkey, and whole grains!. Take the junk food out of your house as well!. If you single her out, it will make a diet feel like a punishment rather than an important lifestyle change!. Replace sodas with bottled water and 100% juices!.

You also need to start exercising, but you also need to make an effort to do it with her so she doesn't feel alone!. Chances are at that weight and size, group sports will make her feel self-conscious!. I suggest getting a family membership to a local gym, and trying low intensity group fitness (like yoga) and cardio activities like swimming or walking on a treadmill!.
