I wanna lose 10 pounds ?!


Question: I wanna lose 10 pounds !?
that's about 5Kg right!? I wanna lose it as fast as possible but still healthy, and if you could, please don't add those crazy diets and stuff!.

My daily routines: I go to school from 6!.45am and arrive at home around 4!.45 pm!. I exercise but not very frequent, if you compare with my friends, I do 30 minutes of "crazy" dancing to my favorite songs (that's like jumping and screaming and singing along, LOL) and I also walk for around 10-20 minutes after I go home from school!. just try o drink waer and more calories it gives you the energy to do more walking try crdio and toning like sit ups and curl ups f u have a weak upper body onsider pull ups on a tree branch just be sure to lose mre calories than you eat be patient it will take about a month to showWww@Answer-Health@Com
