Question: I have a question about getting a six pack!.!.!.!?
Okay, I'm 16, I weigh 155 pounds, and I am 5'8"!.!.!. I really want a six pack and I've been trying to do it for some time but cant seem to get the results I'm looking fo!.!. any help!? I just started lifting weights in school and am taking whey protein what workout could I do!? Someone told me to run 3 miles everyday, follow a strict diet, and do at least 20 minutes of intense ab excerciese!.!.!. any tips!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to lose some weight!. I know somewhere under those blubber cakes, you call love handles, there is a fit man!. Emotionally fit and physically fitttttttttt!. So You should do some intense ab workout with the track team!. If you still are fat then you should join swimming!.!.!. seriously

100 crunches warm-up morning and night!.
Harder more difficult ab work after that!.
