Question: Does not being sore after a workout mean that it was ineffective!?
sometimes after a workout im not rly sore the next day even tho i do everything until failure!. was it an ineffective workout!?

Answers:
Soreness is usually a build up of lactic acid, and also inflammation!. Not really a sign of how a workout went!. Change your exercise variety and you will see a difference!.

For chest, if you are benching all the time, switch to dumbbells only for a week and you will work different muscles, you will be sore!.

However, any exercise is effective, just because you are not sore does not mean anything!. If you want to be sore, walk into a door jam a couple times!! Ouch!Www@Answer-Health@Com
