I think I overate at the salad bar..please help me.?!


Question: I think I overate at the salad bar!.!.please help me!.!?
Okay so I went to Jason's Deli and got the salad bar!.
I had a cup of vegetable soup, and some plain lettuce with one tablespoon of the low fat honey mustard, a few cracker packs with roasted red pepper hummus, 1 packet of the honey graham crackers, 2 pieces of watermelon, 3 spoon fulls of organic lite granola, a spoon full of that mix of dried cranberries and nuts!.

and one of those really mini pumpkin muffin things!.

it just was a lot of little things!.!.that i thikn added up to like 700 calories!.
im so pissed at myself!.
i should have just got a sandwich!

i mean, it was healthy things, so is it okay!? i wont gain weight off of this right!? for dinner i was planning on having whole wheat pasta with marinara sauce and steamed veggies on the side!. with maybe a pear on the side as well!.

would that be okay!?
i dont know if ill be able to work out because ive been sick!.!.im going to try in an hour to see if i can!. maybe just run 2 miles, do some 5 pound dumbell things, crunches, and 20 minute pilates!.

thatd be light!.!.!.
just please tell me how many calories was in that meal!.

Oh calm down!. It was one meal, don't give it so much thought, but if it's really bothering you, just eat lighter on the next meal!.

However, it sounds like you might be developing an unhealthy view of food!. 700 calories in one meal isn't out of line, as it would put you at about 1500 calories for the day if you had two other light meals!. 1500 for a female adult wanting to reduce is reasonable and healthy!. If you're not losing at 1500 calories a day, try increasing your exercise and do some weights to build more muscle!. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to gain one pound, you have to eat 3500 calories

1 lb = 3500cals

you are ok!. Don't worry about it!

I think you also over-estimated on calories!. It all sounds very healthy!. I'm guessing that it's around 400 - 500 at the most!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is fine! Don't overdo your workout, especially since you are sick!. Just go for a walk or something!. You're not gonna gain any weight from a minor slip-up!. You'd have to eat like that every day to actually hurt your weight loss/maintenance efforts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Being mad at your self for any type of overeating or too many calories is un healthy!.you could way 200 lbs and this would still be bad to be mad at yourself!. get over it this can can lead to an eating disorder! if u need to get help

That was very good eating,, wish I could eat like that!. Im still small but I like only junk!. I wouldnt worry about it, seem like you can eat that stuff dailey and not gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You did not have as many calories as you think you did!. I can only guess but it looks like about 500 or less calories!. Watermelon is 45 calories per cup!. Graham crackers are only 110 for 2 full crackers and the soup was less than 70 calories!. You should not gain any weight but if you do it is not weight that you will keep--it will come off the next day!.

Your dinner sounds great and low calorie--don't overdo the exercising because you are sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
