A fast way to burn fat, waist down?!


Question: A fast way to burn fat, waist down!?
I know I can't burn fat in a certain spot, but I need a fairly simple exercise that mainly hits the waist down!.
Please no running, and I must be able to do it inside!.
(I have eczema, so it is hard to be outside to long!. Especially getting hot!. Also it is dangerous to run around here alone!.)

Help please!?

Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing!.
There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time!. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body!. And there's also the Jojo-effect!.
The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports!.
Diet has to begin in your head!. And you already started to think about your nutrition!. That's an important step!. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight!. But it will come back soon again!. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result!. Isn't that much better and healthier than a crash-diet !?

yeah!.

eat the food pyramid
eat until you're full
eat a big breakfast, and only a moderately sized dinner
eat healthy- no fast food, NO sodas, no candy, limited juice
drink lots of water and drink gatorade during the later parts of workouts

for workouts:

stretch every body part for 20 seconds!. look up a complete routine
every odd numbered day, run 2 miles around the track
every even day, run five 400 meter sprints!.

every day: after you are done do about 20 minutes of ab work, including sit ups, crunches, oblique crunches, oblique situps with a ball, elbows and toes, roman chair situps, leg lifts 6 inches, knee raises, etc!.

every other day lift weights with your legs doing 3 sets of each, with about 15-20 reps: this will build muscle and burn fat COMPLETELY off- unlike running, all fat will go with lifting!. running only burns some by itself, and lifting only burns some by itself!.

do both!.

anyways do these every OTHER day:

leg press
lunges with dumbbells
leg extensions
leg curls
leg adduction
leg abduction
glute (butt) kickbacks
calf raises


(LASTLY IF U CANT BE OUTSIDE THEN DO THE RUNNING INSIDE THE GYM ON THE TREADMILL!. YOU HAVE TO RUN!. SORRY DONT BE A FATSO YOU DONT HAVE ASTHMA!. I DO AND I STILL DO WRESTLING, FOOTBALL, AND TRACK!. THERES NO EXCUSE FOR U NOT TO RUN ON A TREADMILL!.)

also put on moisturizer daily frequently for ur eczema!. and wear sunscreen if u DO have to run outside!. run in a gym!.

I would recommend one of these gyms (convince ur parents that ur fat and u need to go, theyll say ok i bet u)

the YMCA

any other gym's dont have complete stuff you need!.
