Question: Im 15 and i take suplements and creatine how long should it take to bulk up and gain muscle!. !?
i work out about an 1 hour 30 min 5 days a week and im 5'10!. 139 poundsWww@Answer-Health@Com

creatine is good!.!. but cycle it on and off!.!.!. and for about 6 - 8 weeks!.!.!.!. then off u go for atleast 4 - 6 weeks!.!.

workouts should only last 45 - 60 mins!.!. after that u are doing excess!.!.!. blood sugar gets too low!.!.

workout each muscle once a week!.!.!.!.!.

u should see some results within 6 - 8 weights!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The medical journals have documented that these supplements do nothing for you!. Stop wasting your money!. At 15 you are still growing and you will bulk up over time!. Be patient!.

Depends on your work out & how much protein youre taking in!. Higher weights, less reps as you probably already know!. When youre 18 Id advice some other "suppliments" if you are still having a problem with bulking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
