Question: Weight Loss Question Help Please!?
Ok So i am trying to lose weight because im 5'8 160 pounds!. but everything i try wont work!. I have tried eating less and exercising like for 2 hours outside playing basketball and taking walks but nothing works!.can anyone help me for this!? givve me a plan to lose at least three pounds in like 3 weeks!. big help would be appreciated

Hey!. Try sit ups (I know they're boring!.) Also try not eating a lot of carbohydrates!. They're not very good for you!. Watermelon also!. Maybe try jogging, sprints, or swimming laps!. Also try eating LESS!. I'm 14 and I've been doing this routine for like 4 weeks and I've gone from 145 to 134!. I hope I could help!. I know what it's like, sweetie!. Run for a minimum of thirty minutes a day, four days a week!.
Eat Healthy!.
Do Not Eat Junk Food!.
Drink Water!.

First, puberty doesn't make you gain weight!.

Second, you could just not be exercising ENOUGH!. Try jogging or running or something!. And eating less doesn't match up to eating healthily!. Get plenty of natural foods (Fruits/Veggies/Meats/etc) instead of processed junk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
