Question: Some questions about dieting and vegetarianism!.!.!.!?
okay, so im going on a diet, and i personally thought at first that i should take it FEWER calories, but so many people have told me i should eat around 1500 a day!? how does that work!? i probably eat around 1000 on most days now!.!.!.!.so why would i want to eat more if im trying to loose weight!?


also, im a vegetarian!. due to my love of animals, but someone told me i should stop being a vegetarian if i want to see the age of 50!.!.!.!.but i wont cause i love animals!.!.!.but is that true!? is being a vegetarian bad for you!? how can you make it healthy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you take in fewer calories then you're body will burn fewer calories, so your weight will just stay the same or you will gain some!. The best way is to change what you're eating and when you eat, to get you're body into a routine to lessen snacking but take in the right amount of calories!. Do regular exercise (like walking a certain amount of steps a day,) to help as well!.

Being a vegetarian does not make your life shorter as long as you're getting essential nutrients that you would find in meat and chicken etc and sometimes being a vegetarian can be healthier than being a meat eater!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bullshoot, you can never eat any kind of animals or products from them and live to be 100!. As a woman, I would try and take some calcium and Vitamin D supplements to prevent osteoperosis though!.
Eating more throughout the day will increase your metabolism!. DONT eat three meals a day!. Eat about 6 or 8!. (8x200) 200 equals about the amount of calories you want to eat at each setting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

TOFU! i think tofu is amazing in protein and to me its great tasting!. i guess you have to acquire a taste for it !. but if you are able to be a vegetarian and you still eat fish i would recommend sushi and miso soup from japanese restaraunts!. im telling you i eat less mcdonalds and more sushi now and its helping me so much with my weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
