Question: I need help and motivation to loose weight!?
i am 16 years old 5'3 1/2 and i weigh 156 pounds, i'm in the school swim team and i did summer swim practice but the last practice was a month ago and since then i packed on 26 pounds total!!! im freaking out and i want to go back to my small figure again!.!.!.help!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You gained 26 pounds in one month!? Did you eat and sleep without any activity!? Did you eat anything healthy!?
If you answered like a normal teenager and denied your responsibility for your weight gain, than see a doctor and get your thyroid checked!. At 16 you should be able to reason!. If not, than get with some of your friends and work out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look around you and see how nice the slimmer and fit people look!. Look at the photos of you taken at the time when you had a 'small figure' and see how much better you looked back then!.

get a pic of urself when you where skinny and put it by your mirror

brisk walk an hour everyday and eat 5 small healthy meals a day!.as long as you dont lose more than 3 lbs a week its fine!.!.!.do yoga/ pilates after your walks if possible!.!.!.make this your lifestyle so that you dont gain fat irrelevantly in future!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
