Answers:
There really is no way to reverse 6,000 calories!. Just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back to your normal routine!.
In the meantime, try to figure out what was going on with the binging so you can avoid it in the future!. Is your diet too restrictive!? Maybe you should look into some healthy alternatives which are soul satisfying as well as low in calories!. Sometimes you can satisfy the urge to overindulge by having one piece of cheesecake, for instance, rather than by falling into a whole cheesecake face first!. Avoiding cheesecake altogether won't do it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You burned maybe 500 calories tops!. That's not the point though!. You are back on track today and that is all that is important!. Look at what made you binge and try to rectify that so it doesn't happen again!. if you are starving yourself and not eating enough calories, this will absolutely happen again!.!.and again!.!. and again!.!. until you are an way overweight adult!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

not eating actually slows down your metabolism!.!.!. you should eat smaller portions!. running for 30 minutes a day is a healthy habit, however 6000 calories is a lot to get rid of in a day!. taking cold showers or just being in lower temperatures in general increases your metabolism too so there's an easy way to lose some extra caloriesWww@Answer-Health@Com

6000 calories!!!! How did you do that!? Btw it take 3500 calories to gain a pound, so you will gain no more than 2 lbs!. And to answer you question you probably burned no more than 800 calories Www@Answer-Health@Com
