Question: Pull up bars!? I need help!?
first ive got a pull up bar and i want to know what exercises there is for them an what parts of the body it works!. Also does anybody know any sites were there is like a chart or a poster to look at and copy whilst doing exercises with like dumbels, barbells and a pull up bar!. 10 points best answer!. these are really great workouts do these and you will be jack in your arms!.
the kid is really y strong i know him from you tube!.
i wont a pull up bar too!.
also try to do a flex arm hang, its an exercise where you pull yourself up and hold it for as long as you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i know if you pull up and stay up it works your arm muscles but thats pretty obvious so i guess this is no help : dWww@Answer-Health@Com
