Question: I'd be nice to hear suggestions for!.!.!?

I'm 15, about 5"6, and about 130-135 lbs!.
I feel way to chubby, and I'm not really sure what else I can do to lose weight!.
I'm already a vegetarian, have been for five years!.
I try to exercise, but it doesn't seem to help!.
For reference, I'm targeting my thighs, upper arms, and stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is easier to lose weight if your a non-vegetarian than if you are a vegetarian!.
Typical vegetarian diet has about 68% ccarbohydrates, 12% in proteins and 20% fats!. For a weight loss, you need to limit your carbohydrates to 55%!.
Vegetarian diets are good for low saturated fats and cholesterol!. They don't readily become suitable for weight-loss!. The only way a vegetarian can lose weight is by reducing carbohydrates, simply give up all the wheat products!. Go heavy on Soybean products as much as you can!.
What does trying to exercise mean!?!?
Everybody who wants to lose weight should do 30 to 40 minutes of aerobics on empty stomach when you wake up!. Your stomach has little carbohydrates left after fasting for the night so if you are running, and your body finds empty stomach it starts to use stored-fats for energy!.

In reality, you are not overweight!. You feel chubby because your muscles are not toned up!.
So reduce your carbohydrates, increase your proteins, do aerobics in the morning, and weight training in the evening to tone up your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you think you are "chubby" get involved in swimming or some type of fun work out program!. you'll want to work out but you'll want some thing that will tone your body!. you don't need to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
