Question: Is this a healthy lunch plan!? Any way to cook/flavor grilled chicken healthily!?! !?
Okay for lunch I was planning on having
2 oz!. of whole wheat pasta (plain), with 4 oz!. of grilled boneless and skinless chicken on the grill, and 1 cup of steamed veggies!.

That seems like a pretty balanced meal, right!?
How many calories would be in it!?

Is that grilled chicken healthy!? I trim the fat off of it!.
But is there a way to add some flavor to it without adding fat grams or too many calories!?

That is a very healthy and well balanced lunch!. Don't worry about the exact calorie count!.

You can add a lot of flavor to the chicken without adding calories by just using spices!. Try salt and pepper to begin with, but you can use other spices like cumin and chili powder to give it a much different taste!. Look up some simple grilled chicken recipes!. The possibilities are endless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like a good meal!. You could always cut back to 3 oz on the chicken and eat more veggies!. I always use marinade and pour on the chicken before I freeze them!. This way when I'm ready to cook, I just thaw them and then their ready to go and grill!. Now have a similar meal for dinner and you'll be losing weight and looking good in no time!. Make sure your eating something healthy for breakfast too!. Fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeh its really healthy, and its a good way to cook chicken

try adding some cajuin spices to it or some lemon and herbs, it wont add any calories :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

herbs like rosemary/oregano don't have any calories!. parsley, poultry seasoning, marsala seasoning, mrs dash, pepper, coriander, paprika, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Doesn't seem like very much!. You should eat more than that!.!.!.!.!.flavor it with any kind of herbs and spices that you like, or a little BBQ sauce!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
