Can I starve myself to get a six pack?!


Question: Can I starve myself to get a six pack!?
This is with light cardio (a few bike rides a weeks) and minimal abbs excercices!. I basically have a calorie deficit of 400-900 calories a day!. Will I get away with this, or do I really need the two other parts to loose the fat and get definition!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Um no!. You need to EAT to get a six pack!. You just need to have an extremely healthy diet!. If you starve yourself then your body starts to eat away at the muscle!. Which is commonly what is eaten first before the fat in our bodies!. Good with the light cardio make sure to add in at least 20 min of weight training a day!.

3 meals and 3 snacks in the day with the right amount of calories!.

And when you ask yourself this again!.!.think of Michael Phelps!.!.have you seen how much that guy has to eat!?! He does a lot of working out!.!.but there's your six pack for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When your body goes to long without food it will start to burn muscle instead of fat!. This loss of muscle lowers your metabolism which leads to weight gain!. Go for around a 500 calorie deficit but do not starve yourself!. Ab exercises will not help you get a 6 pack because they will not specificly target the fat around that area and will not build much muscle if any at all!. You need to lower your overall body fat percent!. Eat 6-8 small meals a day!. It is also a good idea to include weight training in your exercise program!. Starving yourself IS NOT an effective weight loss method!. Try and get around 2000 calories a day and burn 2500!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Meh doesn't seem like starving yourself but I would stick to a 500 deficit and change up the light cardio to HIIT or a few intense pickup games of basketball or of the sort!. I've found that cardio isn't all that great though but from personal experience I found that a few minutes hitting bags, skipping rope, and some weight training (I box) worked best for me and I got the six in around 1-2 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Six packs come down to mostly genetics, and the rest being training and nutrition!.

You will absolutely have to work your abs and get lots of water and a good diet if you are going to have visible abls!. You won't get a six pack with minimal ab exercises!

Remember, it's mostly genetics - you may never get a six pack, but it doesn't hurt to try as long as you're not overdoing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no you can't, you need protein!. if youre hungry and you don't eat, your bodys metabolism slows and also its possible it will feed off the muscle rather than the fat so if you want muscles that is notttt the way to do it!. NOT!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
