Water Weight, I was a wrestler in high school and I saw kids drop 5 in 30 min!. I personally dropped 15lbs!. in a 2 hour practice so if he had a ton of fiber and didn't drink too much besides water in addition to extreme exercise I believe it!. If he wore clothes when he first weighed in then went bare the next time that also would help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
