Question: I have until october 18th!.!.!.!.!?
to get into shape
I am going back as an alum to my boarding school with some other alumni friends for homecoming this year

what are some exercises i can do to tone my thighs, butt, tummy, back, and arms!?

I know, it's a lot but it's an important date!. I am seeing friends that I have not seen in several years, and definitely want to look my best!.

My Thighs and Belly are my most crucial concerns though!.

So I have Just under two months to get this done, and I am completely able and willing to workout every day!. So!.!.!. any suggestions on what I need to do!?

actually, i'm trying to get into a beautiful shape too!.
my mom suggest a diet like this:
for breakfast, eat only a portion of an adult!.
for lunch, eat only a portion of an adult!.
eat your last meal on 4 pm!.
after 4 pm, don't eat anything, except fruits!.
if you're hungry after 4 pm, just drink lots of water, eat fruits!.
use dumbells to exercise your arms, jog every morning or you can use treadmill, sit up, push up,etc!.!.

Some times all the exercise in the world would not help if you do not eat the right sort of foods and not all kind of healthy food would help you to lose weight!.For the most fastest way to lose weight in days/weeks you can go on three kinds of diets!.

1) All liquid diet!.You can read up on this online!.These includes drinking jucies,soups,porridges!.etc

2Low carb diet!.Eating foods which have low in carbohydrate!.That is avoiding things like rice esp!.

3) All fruits diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

situps for your belly, weights for your arms and back, running for your legs and butt!. easy ! but remember that you have to keep a diet Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmm, maybe it would be slightly easir to go to a gym and ask for advise there :]
