I have 20 pound dumbbells what can I do with them?!


Question: I have 20 pound dumbbells what can I do with them!?
I want to know what exercises I can do with the dumbbells, how many sets and reps I should do with each exercise, and for how long should I be doing them for!?

Also wanted to know what I can get from GNC to help me lose weight/burn more calories quicker!. Or any products you suggest I get from GNC!.

Shoulder presses
Lateral raises
Do four sets of ten each every other day!. 20# might be too much for laterals so bend your arm to make it easier!.
Consider getting a bench to bench press or fly the dumbells!.
