Question: I weigh fine but then why do i have so much fat over me!? n omg i wear 30" jeans!!!!?
i am 19!.!. 5'6" and weigh 54kg!.!. i feel that i have a lot of fat all over me!.!. like my back, stomach, thighs etc!.!. i got my body fat% checked!.!. its about 21%!.!. its in the normal range but still i have so much fat!.!. i mean i cant wear halter n all!.!. n i wear 30" waist jeans!.!. n i guess girls at my height wear either 26" or 28"!.!. what shoud i do to get my fat% down!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, Im not going to say its a simple process, but if you follow this and stick to it, you will see results!. Also its best that you lose the fat slowly, so it doesn't creep back on!. You really need to start exercising!.!.!.!.not to "lose weight", but to lose the fat!. Along with aerobic exercise, such as running, biking, elyptical, playing tennis!.!.!.anything active!. But for you, weight training is very important right now!. Start lifting weights in order to build muscle!. Building muscle will speed up your metabolism so you burn calories and fat all day long, even when you are sitting still!. Now, I don't know what your diet is like, but for the most part, start off with eating whole grains, fruits, veggies, high fibre foods, and good sources of protein, like turkey, chicken, peanuts!. Good luck with everything, and always remember to be happy in the skin you are in as long as you are taking care of it!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't see how you can be 21% body fat with all this excess fat you claim to have!. Are you sure you aren't exaggerating how bad it is!? How did you actually calculate your body fat percentage!.!.!.was it a website, scales, callipers!? Some methods are more accurate than others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
